Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in North Liberty, Indiana. The role involves delivering 97153 direct therapy several afternoons per week, following a BCBA-created treatment plan, and maintaining detailed session data and notes.

You will work a ~20 hour/week schedule with guaranteed supervision and a clear pathway for advancement through our RBT Leveling System, plus compensation for non-billable time and growth opportunities through Capella

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 20 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Provide real supervision with QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid at $10/hour.
