Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients in their homes and community settings. The role focuses on one-on-one ABA services designed to promote independence and positive behavior, under the supervision of a clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are willing to learn, and demonstrate patience and calmness in challenging situations. RBT certification is required before working, with opportunities for career advancement and flexible scheduling.
