Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong data collection, organization and communication skills.
• Maintain professionalism in a dynamic, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and progress.
• Deliver DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies.
• Support development of communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings and ongoing professional development.
• Document session notes and progress reports in a timely manner.
