Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a dedicated individual to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting. You will implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision and communicate progress to your supervisor.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to travel to multiple assignments as needed. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self‑help, social‑skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understand and adhere to company’s policy and procedures
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient‑related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while maintaining constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
• Minimum of six months prior work or volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or equivalent experience
• Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple assignments/locations daily

Compensation

USD $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour
