Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our center-based team, delivering 1-1 treatment under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, implement plans, and communicate with families to support progress.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma. The role offers weekday afternoon hours, competitive pay ($24-$26/hour), and access to benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation required.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist with sessions (movement, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties

• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old

• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday - Friday (all fove weekdays) 3pm-7pm or 4pm-7pm

Comp: $24-$26
