Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children aged 2-9, helping them develop communication and social skills. You will draft progress reports for senior health professionals and work with a supportive, training-focused team.

Sessions run Monday through Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm in Jonesboro, GA, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
