Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one behavioral intervention plans directly in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA in Revere, MA.

The role requires weekly weekday hours and weekend availability, participation in ongoing ABA training, and regular data collection and reporting to supervisory staff. A BA in a related field or current undergraduates pursuing relevant education is preferred, with at least one year of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA intervention plans one-to-one in homes.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
• Location: Revere, MA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-5:30pm
