Job summary

Shining Stars ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Jacksonville, FL to provide clinic, school and home-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We will train you to be an RBT, with paid training starting at $16/hour for non-certified employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide 1:1 behavior therapy and collect data on progress.
• Pass background/fingerprint clearance through DOJ and FBI.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 individualized behavior therapy in our clinic.
• Completes necessary daily data collection.
• Attends staff and/or team meetings as required.
• Communicates effectively with all team members.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds, runs, squats, sits on the floor, etc.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Passes background/fingerprint clearance through DOJ and FBI.
• Completes CPR training (provided by the company).
• Works with children on the floor or at small tables.
• Demonstrates good judgment, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality.
• Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing; bilingual is a plus.

Shining Stars Applied Behavior Analysis is looking for highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic, school and home‑based ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism. We offer full reimbursement for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training if you do not already have your certification.

Pay is commensurate on experience. Paid training starts at $16 hour for non‑certified employees.
