BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawaii is expanding its RBT training pathway for recent graduates and paraprofessionals. Train through the BAYADA RBT Academy and qualify as a Registered Behavior Technician with BAYADA, working with students in school-based settings on Oahu.
Roles involve direct classroom work, collaboration with teachers and school teams, data collection, and implementing ABA strategies to foster independence and skills in students with IDD.

Our Oahu Behavioral Health Team provides care in a school‑based setting working for local school districts on Oahu.
