Job summary

Alight Behavioral is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. This position involves conducting therapy sessions, teaching essential skills, and providing behavior support in group settings.

The ideal candidate will have completed a 40-hour RBT training course and preferably have prior ABA experience. We offer competitive pay starting at $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, with additional benefits including salary increases and flexible scheduling.

• Willingness to assist in obtaining RBT status.
