Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated ABA para-professional to implement individualized programming under BCBAs. You will work with children and young adults, collect data, and contribute to treatment goals.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow plans in home or school settings. RBT certification is preferred and a relevant degree is welcomed to support clinical services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in the field of ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
