Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior in Fairview, North Carolina, provides ABA services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The team includes BCBAs and behavior therapists to deliver evidence-based care and maximize progress.

Qualifications

  • RBT Certification preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Must pass background check.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
  • Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA.
  • Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive change.
  • Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching.
  • Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices.
  • Collect data on client behaviors and write session notes on time.
  • Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Job description

At Bee Wise Behavior, we serve children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Every child has a treatment team consisting of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist to ensure the most comprehensive services are provided. BWB utilizes evidence-based interventions and principles of applied behavior analysis to help children reach their highest potential!

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs
  • Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention
  • Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
  • Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed
  • Attend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABA
  • Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline
  • Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
