Job summary

Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs in Minnesota for in-person, full- and part-time roles. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum and document outcomes, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
