About The Role

As an In‑Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Charlotte, NC you'll work one‑on‑one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or 40‑hour course certification
• High school diploma or equivalent

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
