Behavior Plus ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Memphis-area team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings under BCBA supervision, helping children develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

We offer paid training, growth opportunities into Lead RBT or BCBA roles, and a supportive, growth-focused work environment. Flexible day/evening shifts with competitive pay of $20–$26 per hour.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference.
