Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Surprise, AZ is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time, daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays as needed. Starting immediately, ABC offers paid RBT certification, rapid interview scheduling, and clear growth paths into clinical or leadership roles.

You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, follow treatment plans, and collect session data while fostering a safe, engaging learning

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $19– $23.75 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50 –$27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22.50 –$28 per hour
