Job summary

Fiesta Health in Georgia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Positions include clinic-based work in Marietta, Stockbridge, and Savannah, as well as in-home ABA across Georgia.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing treatment plans, collaborating with caregivers and BCBAs, and maintaining a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for assigned work locations, as applicable.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.
• Passion for helping children and families through compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
