Job summary

Look Up Therapy, LLC is seeking candidates for its Student Analyst Program, designed to nurture growth in future BCBA leaders. You’ll gain mentorship, hands-on ABA experience, and a supportive team focused on collaboration and development.

The role emphasizes learning through real-world experience with children, families, and schools, while receiving guidance from a dedicated Clinical Director and leadership team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of 40-hour certification is required.
• GED/High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable vehicle and Medicaid Provider ID are preferred.
• Experience with children is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide center, home, and school-based ABA therapy for children with Autism.
• Apply ABA principles to bring positive, lasting changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team to support students.

Compensation & Hours

• Pay Range:
  • $22-$30 per hour Certified RBTs (rate is based upon experience)
  • $20 per hour - Non-RBTs
• Expected Hours: 35 per week
• Annual Pay Reviews: Increases based on skill, performance, and experience.
