Look Up Therapy LLC, located in Salisbury, North Carolina, is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Non-RBTs. In this role, you will provide ABA therapy to children with Autism, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of a 40-hour certification.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Reliable Vehicle and Medicaid Provider ID necessary.
• Experience working with children is essential.

• Provide center, home, and school-based ABA therapy for children with Autism.
• Apply principles of ABA to foster positive, lasting change in children's lives.

Compensation & Hours

• Pay Range:
  • $22-$30 per hour for Certified RBTs (rate is based upon experience)
  • $20 per hour for Non-RBTs
• Expected Hours: 35 per week
• Annual Pay Reviews: Increases based on skill, performance, and experience.
