ABA Therapy Solutions, LLC (ABATS) is seeking dependable RBTs to join our clinic-based teams serving children and families in Martin and St. Lucie Counties, Florida. You will implement individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans under supervision and collect accurate data to monitor progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic-Based

ABA Therapy Solutions, LLC (ABATS) is seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic-based teams serving children and families in Martin and St. Lucie Counties.

As an RBT with ABATS, you will work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our RBTs play an essential role in helping clients build meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve their treatment goals.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about working with children and who understand that consistency, reliability, accurate data collection, and active engagement are essential to providing high-quality ABA services.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a structured clinic environment.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate and timely data on client goals and behaviors.
• Follow established clinical protocols and documentation requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and other members of the clinical team.
• Maintain professional, dependable, and consistent attendance.
• Actively engage clients throughout scheduled therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through the BACBrequired.
• Experience working with children or individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
• Active Florida Medicaid Type 39 Provider ID with no restrictions preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete all required background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continually strengthen ABA skills.
