Success On The Spectrum is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians at our Mesa location. You will deliver ABA-based interventions for children with Autism, participate in team trainings, and support clients with engaging, play-based activities.

You will receive hands-on training, coverage for 40-hour RBT certification, CPR renewal, Safety Care, and access to CR Institute programs. Opportunity to advance toward BCBA internships within a growing franchise.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• No criminal background is required.
• Must be physically able to lift 40 pounds and be active.
• Ability to sit on the floor and stay physically engaged with children.

Responsabilidades

• Work in center Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:15pm.
• Twice weekly in-client homes 4:30pm–6:30pm.
• Create and prepare client materials.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Incorporate sensory activities into sessions.
• Record client data in Central Reach and assist with billing.
• Write SOAP notes and attend weekly BCBA meetings.
• Participate in quarterly trainings and team bonding activities.

We are looking for AMAZING, ENERGETIC, POSITIVE RBT's to help us continue building the culture for our Mesa location.

Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science with play-based learning. We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips. Our goal is to help our clients grow into productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing their overall quality of life.

We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! If this describes you and you are looking for an ABA company that makes you love coming to work each day, please apply!

SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will also pay for the registration for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician. SOS will increase your ABA knowledge through our weekly team trainings and quarterly in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification. We also offer several side certification programs through the CR Institute platform.

RBTs at SOS work a full-time schedule. Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 2 hours. SOS offers full-time employees 2 weeks of PTO per year. Paid sick time, per State of Arizona guidelines, is also provided.

If you want to advance your career in ABA further, there are opportunities for you to become a Behavior Analyst intern, and even a BCBA! You can take advantage of the national partnerships that Success On The Spectrum has formed with many universities. Job Description

• Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
• Two times per week, work in client’s home 4:30pm - 6:30pm
• Client material creation and preparation
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
• Record client data into Central Reach program
• Convert appointments into billing
• Write detailed SOAP notes
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
• Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
• Cleaning duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
