Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. In this role, you will implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collect data, and collaborate with school teams to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.

We offer competitive pay up to $30/hour, a 2026–2027 school-year schedule, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match, plus reimbursement for certification

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support students' social, emotional, behavioral, and communication development.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with classroom management and positive behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
