Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development of behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment implementation
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
• Implement behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
