Job summary

Easterseals Hawaii is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental differences in clinic, home, and community settings in Kapolei, HI. Under supervision, you will implement ABA-based interventions, document progress, and collaborate with families and a team of professionals.

The role requires compassionate communication, reliability, and willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education, Experience & Training: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Recent experience working with children with ASD and/or developmental disabilities in direct care preferred.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Clinical Manager, implements in clinic, home and community-based intervention for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
• Responsible for providing efficient and effective service in all areas of performance.
• Completes necessary documentation within required timeframe
