Kennedy ABA in Jacksonville, NC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support kids through in-home, school, or clinic ABA services. This role emphasizes hands-on therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families to drive positive outcomes.

We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, and a pathway for professional growth within a supportive clinical environment focused on client success.

Competenze

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour

• Full-Time: 35 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
