Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA in Illinois. You will implement therapy plans, collect progress data, and adjust strategies in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.

The role offers a part-time in-home schedule with competitive hourly pay ($23–$28 per hour) and benefits for full-time staff, including health coverage and paid time off. Prior ASD/ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD.
  • Collect and record data on progress and behaviors (Central Reach).
  • Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.

All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by working along side a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies.

Please be aware that this position is for in-home.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
