Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate session data.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Support clients in achieving measurable progress toward their goals.
