Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time RBT for home-based ABA therapy in Forest Park, GA, Monday through Friday 12-4pm. The team delivers customized treatment plans aimed at improving quality of life for clients with developmental disabilities.

Medical benefits are available for part-time employees who qualify. The role requires a Certified Behavior Technician, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Technician certification is required.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenging populations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community settings.
• Operate under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback on client progress to supervisor.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times

Salary Range

USD $21.00 - $30.00 / Hour
