Ivy Health Network is hiring a Behavior Technician in Canton, MI for a full-time role within our ABA program. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a licensed BCBA while supporting clinicians and families to help children learn new skills.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is focused on clients and the team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
