Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one therapy in Maryland. This part-time position offers flexible hours, starting at $23/hour with opportunities for growth and a $500 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, tracking data, and collaborating with supervisors. Candidates must have experience working with children, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Free RBT training and certification is provided, along with access to virtual medical care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be physically active and able to participate in ABA therapy.
• Behavior Technicians required to be available 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track data.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisor.

Skills

Experience working with children

Ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email

Reliable transportation

Visual acuity to determine accuracy and thoroughness
