DevelopMeant Therapy Center, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy to clients in clinic, home or community settings. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA plans and collect accurate data.

The role requires an RBT certification, strong data skills, and a compassionate, patient approach. Flexibility including afternoons and weekends is valued to support our diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Able to pass background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible hours including afternoons and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Implement ABA treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during sessions.
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral intervention to clients in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress and session observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
