Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to join our team on full-time and part-time schedules. You will implement ABA-based behavior management, assist in care plan development, and deliver direct patient care to individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience with data collection, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Driver's License required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA principles preferred.
• 40-hour RBT course completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and document progress; ensure HIPAA compliance.

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Duties:

• -Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles
• - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• - Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods
• - Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) - Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Experience:

• - Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
• - Knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
• - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
