Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift (7pm-7am) on a 3‑day rotating schedule. This role provides high‑level patient care in NICU, following the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold Texas RN licensure, current BLS certification, and preferably a BSN. NICU experience and a commitment to patient experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current license to practice in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• At least 1 year NICU RN experience.

Your Job:

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: at least 1 year of NICU RN experience
