Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Northern California is seeking enthusiastic sales professionals for full-time, onsite roles within a commission-based structure. You will engage with customers, present insurance solutions, and help clients protect their financial future.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background or potential in insurance (not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Familiarity with customer service and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell AAA insurance products to customers and explain coverage options.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in information sessions, onboarding and ongoing training.

This is a commission based role on top of guaranteed hourly base rate of pay of $17.17 plus commission/bonus. Potential compensation range could average from $90,000 - $250,000.
