Job summary

Elevo is seeking a Certified Wellness Regional Program Manager to lead program execution across Sacramento-area school sites. You will own program quality, staff development, and on-site coaching to ensure high-quality student experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with 3–5 days on-site and travel between sites. Hybrid flexibility is required for regional operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in program leadership, education, youth development, operations, customer success, or people management.
• Must possess or have the qualifications to apply for and receive the Certified Wellness Coach certificate through the state of California.
• Experience leading teams through coaching and feedback.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in school environments with regular site visits.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Own program quality across assigned sites, ensuring alignment with Elevo standards and district expectations.
• Monitor program health through staffing, training effectiveness, student engagement, and partner feedback.
• Ensure consistent execution of all standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence (3-5 days per week) to support coaches and ensure program quality.
• Prepare coaches for field execution through hands-on training and real-time support.
• Reinforce training through in-field coaching aligned to Elevo’s instructional approach.
• Provide in-field coaching through observation, modeling, and feedback to drive performance and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site stakeholders, including principals and school staff.
• Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and a positive customer experience.
• Proactively resolve site-level concerns with urgency and professionalism.
