Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Website Content Specialist to drive web presence, asset development, and content governance across regional hubs. You will partner with divisions to reflect current offerings, optimize digital assets, and align with brand standards while supporting lead generation and the customer journey.

You will manage community webpages, landing pages, and marketing assets, ensuring timely updates, QA, and performance monitoring to maximize online visibility and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Marketing/Data Coordinator
  • Strong MS Office skills and data coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using Optimizely
  • Coordinate structure and maintenance for JDE community setup to align marketing priorities and sales goals
  • Create, QA, and monitor landing pages (e.g., Community Ads, Coming Soon) for engagement and conversion
  • Develop and manage community marketing assets (floorplans, renderings, site plans) aligned with brand standards
  • Coordinate Modsys creation with Field Marketing for consistent branded experiences
  • Oversee BoxBrownie virtual staging content quality and pipeline for online channels
  • Maintain a centralized repository of visual content and analyze usage trends to inform needs
  • Support SEO and visibility with Zillow location verification and optimization
  • Audit third‑party listing sites (e.g., RDC) for discrepancies and improved UX
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across platforms through governance and partner coordination
  • Lead digital content lifecycle from Coming Soon to active status for launches
  • Develop promotional messaging strategies to drive awareness and lead generation
  • Monitor digital metrics (Star Ratings, Lennar.com audits) and translate insights into improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales/Ops to keep inventory content (QMI) accurate
  • Identify and implement digital content enhancements based on analytics and feedback

The Regional Website Content Specialist drives the web presence execution and asset development for their regional hub consisting of 3-4 divisions; ensuring accurate, engaging, and high-performing digital content across Lennar.com and third-party platforms. This role partners closely with division teams to gather timely updates, reflect current offerings, and highlight community differentiators, while maintaining alignment with brand standards and user experience best practices. By proactively managing content updates, optimizing digital assets, and collaborating with corporate stakeholders, the Sr Specialist helps maximize online visibility, support lead generation, and enhance the overall customer journey.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using ‘Optimizely’, ensuring a seamless, high-impact digital buyer journey.
  • Lead the structure and maintenance strategy for JDE community setup and ongoing updates to align marketing priorities and sales goals.
  • Drive and oversee the creation, quality assurance (QA), and performance monitoring of key landing pages (e.g., Community Ads, “Coming Soon” pages), proactively identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Drive the end-to-end development of community marketing assets, including floorplans, renderings, and site plans, ensuring alignment with brand standards and go-to-market timelines.
  • Strategically manage ‘Modsys’ creation in partnership with Field Marketing to ensure consistent, branded experiences across touchpoints.
  • Manage and oversee ‘BoxBrownie’ virtual staging strategy and enhancement pipeline, ensuring high-quality, impactful visual content for online channels.
  • Manage, maintain and optimize a centralized repository of photo, video, and virtual tour content, identifying content gaps and usage trends to inform future asset needs.
  • Drive the strategy and execution for Zillow location verification and optimization to support SEO, visibility, and buyer accuracy.
  • Manage and conduct quarterly audits and enhancements across third‑party listing sites (e.g., RDC), proactively correcting discrepancies and improving user experience.
  • Ensure accurate, brand‑aligned representation of communities across all third‑party platforms through strategic content governance and partner coordination.
  • Own the digital content lifecycle for community launches, from “Coming Soon” through active status, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional calendars.
  • Develop and execute promotional messaging strategies across platforms and landing pages to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor internal digital performance metrics, including Star Ratings and Lennar.com audit scores, translating insights into actionable content improvements.
  • Drive the process for QMI inventory accuracy, performing audits and driving timely updates in collaboration with Sales and Ops teams.
  • Proactively identify and implement digital content enhancements based on analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing/Data Coordinator.
  • Computer skills and competencies are required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required.
  • Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits
  • We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $49,000.00 - $61,300, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
  • This position may be eligible for bonuses.
  • This position may be eligible for commissions.
  • This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
