Veolia Group is seeking a Regional Training and Operations Technician to operate multiple client water and wastewater facilities in the assigned region. The role supports vacations and absences, assists in developing training resources, and collaborates with local operations teams to ensure safe, compliant wastewater treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in variations of shifts and environments.
• Operational experience with site-specific equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full operational coverage of Veolia-operated facilities in your region; cover vacations and unplanned absences.
• Rotate day and night shifts; flexible scheduling required.
• Develop and mentor local technicians; promote best practices.
• Operate pumps, motors, and valves to control wastewater flow; test samples regularly.
• Analyze lab data to identify treatment issues and implement process changes.
• Coordinate with account managers and teams across multiple facilities.
