Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health operations, preferably multi-site.
• Direct experience operating psychiatric hospitals required.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medicare billing and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for 4 facilities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead and develop facility leadership teams including Executive Directors and Clinical Directors.
• Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing revenue.
