The Regional Head of Construction is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations across multiple projects and locations. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position drives operational excellence, fosters strong client relationships, and leads a high-performing team of construction professionals across the region.
This role exists to drive strategic alignment, cultural transformation, and organizational excellence in the delivery of projects. It plays a critical role in cultivating commitment to change, particularly when significant shifts are required to achieve Worley’s vision. By establishing clear goals and ensuring alignment between people, processes, and tools, the role enables consistent and effective project execution. It also focuses on building a high-performing organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time to meet evolving business needs.
This role requires extensive experience managing large-scale EPC/EPCM projects from concept through commissioning and a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects on time and within budget across multiple regional locations.
Candidates with LATAM project experience and/or bilingual English-Spanish capabilities are highly desirable. Can be based at any Worley office within the Americas Region.
