Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies invites an accomplished Regional Vice President to lead and grow a multi-site portfolio. You will coach up to 14 District Managers, oversee more than 100 centers and over $100M in revenue, and drive performance through others.

You will partner with district leaders, implement regional priorities around retention, service quality, and growth, and ensure profitability while navigating a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of experience managing exempt level employees.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Possess broad knowledge of multi-site management and operations of similar size and scope.
  • Proven experience turning around under-performing markets and increasing revenue across a region.
  • Significant profitable P&L, budget, and financial accountability and revenue-generation experience.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively; ability to influence and get alignment in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all state authorities and community contacts; stay abreast of trends and standards for delivering high quality children’s programs.

This multi-unit field leadership role is responsible for more than 100 centers and over $100M in revenue. You will lead, coach, and develop up to 14 District Managers and be held accountable for achieving results through others.

When you join our team as a Regional Vice President you will:

Remain abreast of national and professional trends and standards for delivering high quality children’s programs. Take proactive approach with regard to government relations.
