Job description

Regional Vice President

Department: Corporate Business Development

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Remote

Reporting To: Megan Seiple

Compensation: $160,000 - $170,000 / year

Description

At Hallmark Health Care Solutions, what we do and how we do it go hand in hand. We bring a relentless focus to both our products and our people—grounded in curiosity, a bias for action, accountability and ownership, strong judgment, and a willingness to challenge the status quo in pursuit of better outcomes.

Hallmark Health Care Solutions is led by passionate experts with an average of 20+ years’ experience in IT, nursing, process engineering, finance, and healthcare. We are committed to strengthening communities by producing technologies, support services, and thought leadership that tangibly improve patient care and community health outcomes.

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is a quota-carrying Account Executive responsible for selling the full Hallmark Workforce Operating System - spanning both Flexible Workforce and Physician Enterprise Suite - into an assigned territory. The RVP owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through close (partnering with Hallmark SME sales support) acting as trusted advisor and product expert who can differentiate between offerings, tailor value propositions to each buyer, and lead increasingly complex, multi-stakeholder sales. This role carries both a revenue number and a leadership expectation: RVPs are expected to model strong sales practice for peers and contribute to a collaborative sales culture across the team.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close — across both Flexible Workforce and Physician Enterprise Suite offerings, with a focus on revenue growth and territory expansion.
  • Build strong business relationships and account strategies within the assigned territory; identify and respond to the needs of technical and departmental decision-makers.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and product expert, translating complex workforce and compensation challenges into clear, relevant solutions for each buyer.
  • Develop and execute territory and account-based plans using data analysis and market insight; build out and continuously grow a healthy pipeline.
  • Present confidently to C-suite, clinical, and technical executives, tailoring the conversation and value proposition to their specific goals and challenges.
  • Create viable product configurations that meet customer needs while achieving optimal margin for the company.
  • Own order and configuration quality at the point of entry, ensuring accuracy and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of opportunities, accounts, and customer contacts in the CRM and sales funnel tools.
  • Build and continuously develop a network of key opinion leaders and strategic industry alliances within the territory.
  • Maintain current expertise in the Hallmark product portfolio, the healthcare IT/SaaS and payer market landscape, and competitor positioning; track and communicate market and competitive trends to sales leadership.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, solution consulting, and technical teams to align strategy and deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Represent Hallmark at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Support peers and mentor newer team members, contributing to a strong, collaborative sales culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions into healthcare, with a proven quota-attainment track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and differentiate across multiple related product lines within a single territory.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite, clinical, and technical stakeholders, and to navigate complex political and organizational structures.
  • Proven relationship-building skills, including the ability to develop trusted-advisor status with prospects and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and consultative questioning; fluency in English required.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, and general SaaS business applications.
  • Leadership presence sufficient to mentor peers and attract/model top performance, even without formal people-management responsibility.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes full ownership of the assigned territory.
  • Ability to travel for on-site client presentations, key meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
The Perks
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with Employee Premiums Covered by HHCS at 100% and Company Cost Share for any Dependents Enrolled
  • $3000 Annual Company Contributions to HSAs for all Employees Enrolled in the HSA Eligible Health Plan
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Pre-Tax and Roth 401(K) Retirement Options
  • On-Site Gym, Free Parking, and Provided Lunches 3 Times per Week in the Dallas Office!
