The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services leadership, experience building high-performing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and translating vision into actionable strategy to deliver measurable results.

• Proven experience as a senior leader in the financial services industry, preferably in a regional or multi-office leadership role.
