The Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Regional Vice President to provide spiritual leadership, ministry direction, and training for field staff and volunteers to advance FCA’s mission. The role focuses on expanding staff, developing leadership boards, and growing financial resources while modeling FCA values.
Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, coordinating donor engagement, and ensuring ministry aligns with biblical standards across the region and beyond.
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for providing spiritual leadership, ministry direction, training, resources and support for field staff and volunteers to achieve the vision and mission of FCA. The RVP is responsible for ensuring the expansion and development of staff, the development of leadership boards, and the growth of financial resources. The RVP models the FCA values of Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence in dealing with staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes. They are responsible for ensuring the ministry of FCA is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to the FCA policies and procedures. The Regional Vice President will create organizational unity and synergy between the field staff and the Support Center.

Ensure FCA is engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches and athletes by ministering to and through the coach with Huddles, One-on-Ones, and Events.
Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and developing effective and diverse staff aligned with FCA's ministry strategy and methods for the region.
