In this influential role, the RVP will provide senior leadership and direction to Managing Directors throughout the region, with the overarching responsibility of driving growth, enhancing advisor development, and expanding the firm’s presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the financial services industry with a passion for building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and executing long-term strategies that deliver measurable results. The RVP will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align regional objectives with firmwide priorities.
