Job summary

Alliance Fleet in Batavia, IL is seeking a Regional Salesperson for Commercial Vehicle Upfitting to drive revenue by selling custom work truck bodies, van equipment, and vocational accessories to fleets, dealerships, and municipalities within our assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Ability to read equipment specifications, blueprints, or mobile power systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• New business development by prospecting fleets, dealerships, and municipalities.
• Consultative selling and speccing to configure vehicle equipment.
• Relationship management with fleet managers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and installation teams for quotes and on-time delivery.
• Track leads and pipeline forecasts using CRM.
