Associated Bank is seeking a senior leader to drive regional business performance across trust, wealth management and private banking. You will own revenue growth, client retention, and relationship expansion within assigned markets, and guide a team of trust and advisory professionals.

You will collaborate with private banking, investment management and fiduciary teams to deliver coordinated client solutions while maintaining a focus on growth and risk governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 12+ years progressive experience in trust/wealth management or related advisory businesses including business development and client relationship management.
• 10+ years leading teams and driving performance in regional or multi-market structures.
• 10+ years proven ability to execute business strategies and manage sales pipelines for growth.
• 10+ years strong client relationships and business development with centers of influence.

Responsibilities

• Own regional performance with accountability for revenue growth, client retention, and relationship expansion within assigned markets.
• Drive disciplined execution of business development strategies including client acquisition and referral generation.
• Maintain and actively manage a portfolio of client relationships, delivering trust, advisory, and financial planning solutions.
• Lead and develop teams of trust and advisory professionals with coaching, direction, and performance management.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability, client experience and growth outcomes.
