Job summary

Small Potato Trucking is hiring a driver for a regional solo lane in the Springfield, OR area. The role involves operating Flatbed or Conestoga trailers across various states including OR, WA, CA, ID, MT, and UT. Candidates must have a valid CDL-A license and be available Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. Uniforms, steel toe boots, and PPE will be provided. A workday consists of 11 hours starting at 06:00.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Ability to work 11-hour days starting at 06:00.
• Experience with Flatbed or Conestoga trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional solo lanes to OR, WA, CA, ID, MT, and UT.
• Strap/unstrap loads and tarp as necessary.
• Work Monday to Friday, with potential weekend hours.

Job description

• Regional solo lane for driver with valid CDL-A
• Lane runs to OR, WA, CA, ID, MT, and UT
• Work week Monday to Friday. Drivers will be out all week, starting Monday at 06:00 and returning home on Friday after last delivery. Once a month, a Saturday or Sunday will be required to be working day. Holidays are working days as well.
• Work day of 11 hours, starting at 06:00
• Drivers will use Flatbed or Conestoga trailers. Customers will unload the freight.
• Drivers will strap/unstrap loads as well as tarp as needed.
• Uniforms, steel toe boots and proper PPE will be provided.
