This position is paid on an activity-based pay plan that encourages efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• Stop time: $6-$24paid in 15-minute increments
• Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Drivers on this position over the last six to twelve months have average annualized earnings of$85,000
