J.B. Hunt is hiring regional CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Contract Services position. This role focuses on a single customer with consistent freight and on-time deliveries, offering an activity-based pay plan designed to reward safety and efficiency.

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• $0.68per mile
• Live stop pay: $40per stop
• Drop/hook: $20
• Detention pay: $20 per hour
• Trainee pay: $200per day
• Safety training pay: $20per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $95,000
• Weekly home time
• Onsite management

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
