J.B. Hunt Transport is hiring for regional CDL-A drivers to join the Dedicated Contract Services program. Drivers enjoy consistent freight for a single customer with an activity-based pay plan that rewards safety and efficiency.

The role offers weekly home time, onsite management, paid online orientation, PTO from day one, and a full benefits package including 401(k) with company match and medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. Class A license required.

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• Stop pay: $20 per stop
• Detention pay: $3.75 per 15 minutes of detention paid out after 2 hours
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $91,944
